Shawn is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified CrossFit Trainer. He is committed to promoting active, healthy lifestyles and their positive effects on the mind, body and spirit. He enjoys the opportunity to develop relationships with his clients and work with them on a personal basis.
Jodi is a Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Foundation Training Instructor. Through personal training, yoga and Foundation Training, Jodi believes in improving the mind and whole body for a better quality of life, regardless of age, experience, body type or flexibility.
Blake has been a certified personal trainer and assisted stretch practitioner since 2007. Growing up an avid golfer since age 7 sparked an interest in fitness and flexibility. Now as a trainer Blake focuses on sharing his knowledge about the value of posture, flexibility and strength for wellbeing as well as sports performance.
Sandra is a ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and AFAA Group Certified Instructor. Sandra’s positive outlook and support for her clients is what inspires her fitness programs. She is equally adept at working with beginners and experts. An avid athlete growing up, she believes that fitness should be fun, not painful and boring.
Marguerita is a fitness professional certified by the NCCPT since 2003. A basketball and volleyball athlete as a student ignited her passion for fitness. Marguerita has a wide experience of training clients from youth athletes to seniors. She brings both compassion and commitment to her training.
